He has 3 Certificates and Master Degrees in Confectionery,Baking, Certified Miller & Business.ie MBA.When he came to Zhuhai in 2007 of a big German Candy Company, hefelt in love with this tranquil City on the Sea. Karl as a typical careful conservative German, set up 2 Cafes first foryears to observe and learn the local tastes and preferences while also be in charge of a big Candy Company for 7years. In 2014 he felt ready to set up a Cake and Gelato lce Factory with his new European Partners. His love &passion for Baking and Food drives him always to learn, to know and strive for perfection.
