Our Family “Baeckerei Inninger” bakes since 1688 in the same 400 year old House in beautiful Bavaria, Germany. 

For 330 years we love baking and follow this long tradition handed over for generations to my brothers and myself. 

We are very proud to produce also in China since 2008.

We have partnered up with amazing creative Companies in the Bake Business to bring you many choices, no matter from Import or Local production.

Karl·Inninger is this kind of person with baking genes in his blood, handed over since generations. 

He worked since early age full of passion in his family Bakery & Mill. 

He has 3 Certificates and Master Degrees in Confectionery, Baking, 

Certified Miller & Business,ie MBA.

When he came to Zhuhai in 2007 of a big German Candy Company, he felt in love with this tranquil City on the Sea. Karl as a typical careful conservative German, set up 2 Cafes first for years to observe and learn the local tastes and preferences while also be in charge of a big Candy Company for 7 years.

In 2014 he felt ready to set up a Cake and Gelato Ice Factory with his new European Partners. 

His love & passion for Baking and Food drives him always to learn, 

to know and  strive for perfection.

To meet our demand in China, we have set up a modern Factory with SC & CIQ for Baking and Ice Cream Production in Zhuhai.
